Array Digital Infrastructure is an American shared wireless communications infrastructure manager and former mobile network operator. As UScellular, its stock was publicly traded, but Telephone and Data Systems Inc. owned a controlling stake. The company was formed in 1983 and was headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. UScellular was the fifth largest wireless carrier in the United States, with 4.4 million subscribers in 21 states as of March 31, 2025.
