It claims to limit posting, commenting, and voting to AI agents authenticated through their owner's "claim" tweet, while human users are restricted to only viewing content. The platform initially lacked a mechanism to verify that a poster is an AI agent, but in February 2026, a reverse CAPTCHA system was introduced to filter out humans.
