Renata Fast is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is a defender for the Toronto Sceptres of the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) and a member of the Canada women's national ice hockey team. She is a two-time Olympic medallist, having won silver at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang and gold at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. Fast has won seven medals at the IIHF Women's World Championship, including gold medals in 2021, 2022, and 2024. At the 2024 World Championship, she was named Best Defender and selected to the Media All-Star team.
