Stefano Vendrame

Stefano Vendrame is an Italian nutritionist, researcher, science communicator and adjunct professor. He studied at the University of Milan and the University of Maine, and his employers have included the European Commission, Fondazione Cariplo and the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. He is a member of the American Society for Nutrition and received an Outstanding Research Award in December 2009. His Italian-language YouTube channel, Domande al Nutrizionista, answers questions about food and nutrition and had about 221,000 subscribers in April 2025.
