Pailin Chongchitnant, also known as Pai, is a Thai-born chef, YouTuber, television presenter and podcaster who holds Thai and Canadian citizenship, the latter since October 2017. She studied at the University of British Columbia and is the author of the cookbook Hot Thai Kitchen. Her YouTube channel, Pailin's Kitchen, features Thai cooking and recipes and has over 2 million subscribers.
