Shelise Ann Sola

Shelise Ann Sola, born Shelise Ann Hufstetler on 16 August 1990 in Utah, is an American actress, model, YouTuber and costume designer based in Los Angeles. She hosts the YouTube channel Cults to Consciousness, launched in 2022, on which survivors of cults and high-control groups tell their stories; it had about 345,000 subscribers in November 2025. She previously worked for two years as head animal costumer on Nick Jr.'s Mutt & Stuff, and she has acted in commercials for companies including Barbie and QDOBA and in marketing shorts for the films Get Out and Happy Death Day.
