Abertis Infraestructuras, S.A. is a Spanish worldwide corporation engaged in toll road management. The company is headquartered in Madrid. The company runs over 8,600 kilometres of toll roads in the world. In October 2018, it was acquired by Italian corporation Mundys and Spanish firm ACS Group and the German company Hochtief.
