Václav Láska

Václav Láska (born 4 August 1974 in Rakovník) is a Czech politician, lawyer and former police officer who has been senator for Prague 5 and 13 since his election to the Senate in October 2014. Earlier he worked as a police officer, journalist and attorney, and for six years he led the anti-corruption organisation Transparency International as chair of its board. Representing SEN 21, he is defending his Senate seat, heads the party's list for the Prague city assembly, and runs a free legal advice service for people with problems involving public offices. His X account, VaclavLaska, had 9,021 followers in March 2023.
