Kateřina Konečná (born 20 January 1981) is a Czech politician who was the leader of the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (KSČM) from 23 October 2021 to 30 May 2026. She has been a Member of the European Parliament since 2014, sitting for the majority of that time with The Left political group. On 21 October 2026, Konečná announced that she had joined the far-right Patriots for Europe group in the European Parliament.
