Oleksiy Oleksiiovych Kostusyev is a Ukrainian politician and former mayor of Odesa. Kostusyev is the father of fellow Ukrainian politician Oleksiy Honcharenko. Kostusyev divorced Oleksiy's mother when Oleksiy was three years old.
