Edward Saperia

Newspeak House, formally The London College of Political Technology, is an independent residential college and event space on Bethnal Green Road in east London, founded in 2015 by Edward Saperia. It acts as a hub for the United Kingdom's civic technology community, hosting a programme of public events and running a one-year residential fellowship for people working at the intersection of technology, politics and civil society. Projects and organisations developed at or closely associated with the college include the Coronavirus Tech Handbook, the Centre for Democracy, Games for the Many and Campaign Lab, and in 2016 it hosted Jeremy Corbyn's launch of the Labour Party's Digital Democracy Manifesto.
