José Carlos Ugaz Sánchez-Moreno is a Peruvian jurist. He served as ad hoc Attorney of Peru for one of the highest profile criminal cases in Peruvian history, involving the investigation of former President Fujimori and his chief of intelligence, Vladimiro Montesinos.
