Career
Annis, whose full name is Mackenzie Annis, is from the Atlanta area. She graduated in nursing from Kennesaw State University in May 2026, days before the season began, and has said she was previously a competitive dancer. She and Aniya Harvey were the two Atlanta-area Islanders in the original cast of twelve.
Love Island USA
Annis entered the villa on the first day of the eighth season, which premiered on 2 June 2026, and her splits became a signature move on the show. She was coupled with Dylan Wrona; the pair won the couples' karaoke challenge but were voted out shortly before the final in July 2026, and on 23 July 2026 they announced that they were in a relationship.
