Mark Wiens (born 26 February 1986) is an American food vlogger, blogger and restaurateur from Phoenix who studied at Arizona State University. Based in Bangkok, he travels to eat and makes videos about local and street food around the world on his YouTube channel, which had about 11 million subscribers in December 2024. He also writes about his meals on the blog Migrationology and about Thai food on Eating Thai Food.
