David Habib is a French politician who has served as a member of the National Assembly for Pyrénées-Atlantiques's 3rd constituency since 2002. A member of the Socialist Party, Habib was the vice-president of the National Assembly from October 2019 to June 2022. He also served as mayor of Mourenx from 1995 to 2014 and general councillor of Pyrénées-Atlantiques from 1992 to 2002.
