Agnes Binagwaho is a Rwandan pediatrician and currently the vice chancellor of the University of Global Health Equity.  In 1996, she moved back to Rwanda where she provided clinical care in the public sector as well as held a number of project management, health system strengthening, and government positions, including Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health of Rwanda from October 2008 until May 2011 and Minister of Health from May 2011 until July 2016.<small> from [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agnes_Binagwaho Wikipedia]</small>
