Mohammed Tawfik Allawi (Arabic: محمد توفيق علاوي; born 1 July 1954) is an Iraqi politician who was the Minister of Communications in the Iraqi Government and was also Minister of Communications in the Al Maliki government from May 2006 until August 2008 and from 2010 to 2012.
