Jumana Emil Abboud (Arabic: جمانة إميل عبّود) is a Palestinian artist living and working in Jerusalem.Abboud has used drawing, video, performance, objects and word in her work which deals with storytelling, water and indigenous rights particularly in Palestine and within oppressed cultures. She was awarded the AFAC GRANT and the Pernod Ricard Fellowship, in addition to the Sharjah Art Foundation production grant.Selected solo exhibitions include BALTIC center for contemporary art Gateshead, Khalil Sakakini Cultural center, Darat Al-Funun The Khaled Shoman Foundation and Tavros Locus Athens.
