He played college football for the Monmouth Fighting Scots and signed as an undrafted free agent with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2012. Tanney was also a member of the Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans, Buffalo Bills, Colts, and New York Giants before retiring in 2020. |
