Ekmeleddin Mehmet İhsanoğlu (Turkish pronunciation: [ecmeledˈdin ihˈsanoːɫu]; born 26 December 1943) is a Turkish academic, diplomat and politician who was Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) from 2004 to 2014.
