Ben Ramalingam (born April 1975) is a British researcher, strategist, innovator and author, currently Executive Director of the United Kingdom Humanitarian Innovation Hub, senior research associate at the Overseas Development Institute Politics and Governance programme and advisor to the OECD Development Assistance Committee on innovation investments for development and humanitarian issues.Ramalingam serves as a board member of the UK Global Grand Challenges Research Fund, a £1.5 billion fund to support cutting-edge research that addresses the challenges faced by low and middle income countries.
